There will be no Early Bird Ticket tickets for Orange Warsaw Festival 2021. Regular Tickets will go on sale June 1 2020 at the price of PLN 469 (2-day ticket) and PLN 309 (1-day ticket).

We are convinced that after this difficult time, full of distance and isolation, we will all meet next year with even more energy. A large part of this year’s program will return and there will be a lot of new artists!

To save tickets purchased via the website www.ebilet.pl, select the appropriate option in the form sent to you by e-mail.

Tickets purchased at stationary sales networks remain valid for the new festival date. There is no need to contact stationary sales network again.

Can I wait with the decision whether I want to keep my ticket?

Yes. We will announce more artists soon. We try to make a large part of the festival's program return in 2021 and we encourage you to confirm your willingness to keep the tickets.

We remind you that there will be no Early Bird tickets for Orange Warsaw Festival 2021. Ticket sale will start from Regular Tickets.

I have 1-day ticket for OWF 2020. What day will it be valid on in 2021?

1-day tickets remain valid in the following configuration:

• 1-day ticket for 05.06.2020 will be valid on 04.06.2021

• 1-day ticket for 06.06.2020 will be valid on 05.06.2021

At the same time, we would like to inform you that if the concert dates of the main artists change, there will be one-time possibility to exchange the tickets previously confirmed.

I haven't received an email with information about my ticket, what should I do?

My order includes several tickets. I want to keep one of them, while exchange the remaining ones for a voucher. Can I split my order?

Yes, it is possible to split orders. If you placed an order on:

I bought child discount ticket for OWF 2020 and I want to keep it for next year's edition of the festival, but in 2021 my child turns 10 years. Does my child's ticket expire?

Due to this situation, exceptionally in 2021 we are raising the age limit entitling to a discount for children up to 11 years old.

What is a voucher?

If for some reason you cannot attend an event which date has been changed, you can exchange tickets for the voucher. The voucher is a form of payment, the value of which you will use during your next purchase of tickets for events organized by Alter Art.

How can I redeem the voucher?

All vouchers that you will receive in exchange for the tickets will be able to be redeemed when purchasing another tickets for events organized by Alter Art. Exchanges must be made when paying for a new order in the same website where the voucher was obtained.

What if the funds on the voucher are insufficient to buy new tickets?

The missing amount can be topped up using other available forms of payment.

Do I have to use the voucher funds at one time?

You can use the funds accumulated on the voucher several times until they are exhausted.

How long is the voucher valid for?

All vouchers received in exchange for tickets can be redeemed when purchasing another tickets for events organized by Alter Art. Vouchers are valid for 365 days from the last day of the postponed event. It is also possible to extend their validity until August 31, 2021.

Where can I check the expiry date and value of funds accumulated on the voucher?

If you have received a voucher via AlterSklep, you will find all the data regarding your voucher in the 'my account' tab after logging into your account.

If you received the voucher via eBilet, you will receive the voucher's expiration date together with its code. To check the balance of the funds on the voucher, contact the eBilet Customer Service Office at [email protected]

I bought a ticket at stationary sales network. Where can I exchange it for a voucher?

Tickets purchased at stationary sales networks cannot be exchanged for a voucher, but they are all valid for the new date of the event.

Can I get a refund?

In accordance with the Polish law (Article 15zp of the Act of March 31st 2020 amending the Act on Special Arrangements for the Prevention, Control and Management of COVID‑19, Other Infectious Diseases and the Resulting Emergencies, and Certain Other Acts), you can apply for a refund. The refund will be provided in the same form as your original payment within 180 days of effective termination date.
