Do I have to bring an ID?
Yes, considering your own safety, it's worth having an ID with you. Additionally such document will allow our staff to verify the age of participants under 18th year of age, entitled to independent entry to the festival area (more info in the Terms and Conditions). Acceptable documents are: ID card, school/student ID, driving license, passport and mIdentity in the mObywatel app. In the case of children holding a ticket with discount or entitled to free admission to the festival, parents or carers of the children are obliged to present the document confirming child's age. Persons with an N ticket must have with them a document confirming their entitlement to use N tickets, more information is available in the "OWF AVAILABLE / N category tickets and documents" tab.
Does the Open'er Festival and Orange Warsaw Festival ticket package come with a camping site for Open'er?
No, it's a 4-day ticket without camping. The option to buy a campsite to your ticket is available in Alter Sklep.
Can I take pictures at the festival?
Yes, you can take photos but only with an amateur digital cameras with optical zoom under 6x and with traditional amateur compact cameras. You cannot bring professional cameras, film cameras or any other equipment recording audio-videp. While taking pictures or recording videos, please make sure you are not blocking anybody's view of the stage.
Can I bring selfie stick with me?
No, bringing tripods and so called selfie sticks to the festival area is forbidden.
Are under 18s allowed to the event?
All people under 15 years of ange must be under the care of an adult guwardian at the Event area (more info in the Festival Terms and Conditions). Guardians are obliged to fill in an adequate declaration. Declarations are also available in ticket-to-wristband exchange point. Holding or filling in the form at the festival area by a under aged person does not give the minor under 15th year of age the right to independently enter the event area.

Will there be parking available at the festival?
No, there will not be provided parking for the festival participians. We are encouraging you to use P+R parkings, public transport or taxis.
People with an N ticket can purchase an N parking space. People with an N ticket can also use the "Kiss&Ride" option. More information is available in the "AVAILABLE OWF / Road to the festival" tab.
Will there be parking for people with VIP tickets available?
Yes, entry to the VIP car park for all holders of this ticket, planning to travel to the festival by their own car, is available only from Poleczki street (from Poleczki street turn into Wyczółki street).

Can I arrive at the main gate of the Festival with my own car?
Due to the blocking of bus access and the limited capacity to accommodate the increased traffic on the surrounding streets, we advise against driving to the festival itself. Some roads will be available only to residents and services, as well as the organizer's vehicles. Al. Wyścigowa will be closed to traffic (except for access for residents).
People with disabilities, including the so-called temporary disabilities, can use supported transport on the route: main gate of the Horse Racecourse - Priority Service Point. All you need to do is report this need to the volunteers at the main gate. People with N ticket can also use the "Kiss&Ride" option or buy a parking space. Can I bring an umbrella to the festival?
To the festival area you can bring only small, telescopic umbrellas. All big umbrellas, with metal or wooden pointy tips are forbidden.
Is there a deposit at the festival?
Yes, for your convenience, there will be a deposit where you'll be able to leave objects, which are forbidden at the festival area in complience with the applying Terms and Conditions (e.g. professional camera, big, not telescopic umbrella). The deposit charge is PLN 30 per usage.
Can I bring a water filter bottle into the festival area?
No, only plastic, unsealed and empty reusable cups are allowed.
Can I enter the festival with a small folded stroller?
Yes, they will be checked.
Can pregnant women enter the festival area?
There will be special platforms near all stages, which apart from the persons with disabilities, can be also used by the pregnant women. Due to the nature of the event (i.a. the volume of the sound and the number of participiants, especially near the stage area) we ask the future mums to think over their participation in the event thoroughly.
Can I bring a power bank to the festival area?
Yes, you can bring a power bank no bigger than A5 paper size.

Is it possible to upgrade tickets at the festival box office?
Upgrading one-day tickets to 2-day tickets and upgrading standard tickets to VIP tickets is not possible at the festival ticket offices.
