The festival opens at 3:00pm. The area will be open until 2:30am.

 

TICKET TO WRISTBAND EXCHANGE

You can only exchange a ticket for a wristband in person.

  Attention! We are opening a ticket to wristband exchange point 1 day before the festival. If you do not want to stand in long queues, be late for concerts or you wish to use public transport with your festival wristband on festival days, exchange your wristband as early as possible. The exchange point will be located on Horse Racetrack Służewiec near entrance gate from Puławska Street.   Opening hours and types of tickets you will exchange:   June 6 (Thursday): 1:00 pm - 9:00 pm - all tickets (also N category)   On festival days: June 7 (Friday): 1:00 pm - 1:30 am - 2-day tickets, tickets for the 1st day (you will not exchange tickets for the 2nd day on that day!), also category N June 8 (Saturday): 2:00 pm - 1:30 am - 2-day tickets, tickets for the 2nd day, also category N

The point is located in Horse Racetrack Służewiec area near entrance gate from Puławska Street. You will be charged a service fee which is 5% of ticket’s price.   June 6 (Thursday): 1:00 pm - 9:00 pm  June 7 and 8: 1:00 pm - 1:00 am  

VIP TICKETS

VIP ticket to wristband exchange point will be located near Poleczki Street   June 7 (Friday): 2:00 pm - 1:30 am June 8 (Saturday): 2:00 pm - 1:30 am

HOW TO GET THERE?

How to get to us? Use public transport! Thanks to cooperation with the City of Warsaw on June 7-8 and on June 9 until 4:00am you can use Warsaw public transport with your festival wristband without having to buy tickets or use the city card! We would like to remind you that the ticket itself does not entitle you to free travel by public transport, you must wear a festival wristband*.   To get to the metro platform, simply scan the QR code below, which will be active on June 7-8 and June 9 until 4:00 a.m.   * Free public transport travel applies only to Ticket Zone 1 and includes buses, trams, metro and SKM trains   Download the QR code here

BIKE PARKING

  You can also come to the festival by bike! There will be an unguarded bike parking for near the entrance gate to the festival area from Puławska Street. Be eco!

PAYMENTS AT THE FESTIVAL

There is a cashless payment system at the festival. We accept payments with payment cards, telephones, watches and other devices in contactless technology.

We have also prepared a special Alter Art prepaid card that can be topped up for cash and used at the OWF. There will be one point for exchanging cash for Alter Art prepaid cards.

The prepaid card issued in 2022 or 2023 will be inactive!

Be ECO-friendly and come to the festival by public transport!

  Together with the Capital City of Warsaw, we enable easy way to OWF by bus, metro or tram and we will provide bicycle racks at the entrance to the festival area.   The vast majority of drinks will be served in reusable cups. When purchasing a drink for the first time, a refundable deposit od PLN 10 is added to the price. After quenching your thirst, do not throw away the cup, just refill it with a new drink at the bar (replace it with a new one) or simply return it to one of the points at the festival and we will refund the deposit to your card.   Refunds may take up to two weeks. Refunds to the account are processed by the payment operator and banks longer than in the case of regular payment transactions. This involves checking each of these transactions individually for security reasons and to make sure that the refund amount is appropriate so that the Customer does not suffer any harm. We ask for your patience and assure you that the funds will be refunded as soon as possible to the card used for this purpose at the refund point.

ECO PRESS

Thanks to the intensive cooperation of EKO volunteers and cleaning teams, we manage to collect most of the plastic bottles and aluminum beverage cans, as well as paper and cardboard packaging. The vertical baling press - HSM V-Press 610 provided by HSM Polska Sp. z o.o. helps in the proper management of the collected waste. This baler allows to reduce the volume of packaging waste by up to 95%.

FAQ

Yes, considering your own safety, it's worth having an ID with you. Additionally such document will allow our staff to verify the age of participants under 18th year of age, entitled to independent entry to the festival area (more info in the Terms and Conditions). Acceptable documents are: ID card, school/student ID, driving license, passport and mIdentity in the mObywatel app. In the case of children holding a ticket with discount or entitled to free admission to the festival, parents or carers of the children are obliged to present the document confirming child's age. Persons with an N ticket must have with them a document confirming their entitlement to use N tickets, more information is available in the "OWF AVAILABLE / N category tickets and documents" tab.
No, it's a 4-day ticket without camping. The option to buy a campsite to your ticket is available in Alter Sklep.
Yes, you can take photos but only with an amateur digital cameras with optical zoom under 6x and with traditional amateur compact cameras. You cannot bring professional cameras, film cameras or any other equipment recording audio-videp. While taking pictures or recording videos, please make sure you are not blocking anybody's view of the stage.
No, bringing tripods and so called selfie sticks to the festival area is forbidden.
All people under 15 years of ange must be under the care of an adult guwardian at the Event area (more info in the Festival Terms and Conditions). Guardians are obliged to fill in an adequate declaration. Declarations are also available in ticket-to-wristband exchange point. No, there will not be provided parking for the festival participians. We are encouraging you to use P+R parkings, public transport or taxis. People with an N ticket can purchase an N parking space. Yes, entry to the VIP car park for all holders of this ticket, planning to travel to the festival by their own car, is available only from Poleczki street (from Poleczki street turn into Wyczółki street).

ATTENTION: people without VIP tickets will not be able to access the parking from Poleczki street.
Due to the blocking of bus access and the limited capacity to accommodate the increased traffic on the surrounding streets, we advise against driving to the festival itself. Some roads will be available only to residents and services, as well as the organizer's vehicles. Al. Wyścigowa will be closed to traffic (except for access for residents). People with disabilities, including the so-called temporary disabilities, can use supported transport on the route: main gate of the Horse Racecourse - Priority Service Point. All you need to do is report this need to the volunteers at the main gate.   People with N ticket can also use the "Kiss&Ride" option or buy a parking space. To the festival area you can bring only small, telescopic umbrellas. All big umbrellas, with metal or wooden pointy tips are forbidden.
Yes, for your convenience, there will be a deposit where you'll be able to leave objects, which are forbidden at the festival area in complience with the applying Terms and Conditions (e.g. professional camera, big, not telescopic umbrella). The deposit charge is PLN 30 per usage.
No, only plastic, unsealed and empty reusable cups are allowed.
Yes, they will be checked.
There will be special platforms near all stages, which apart from the persons with disabilities, can be also used by the pregnant women. Due to the nature of the event (i.a. the volume of the sound and the number of participiants, especially near the stage area) we ask the future mums to think over their participation in the event thoroughly.
Yes, you can bring a power bank no bigger than A5 paper size.

Upgrading one-day tickets to 2-day tickets and upgrading standard tickets to VIP tickets is not possible at the festival ticket offices.

Persons with so called temporaty disability

Persons with temporary disabilities cannot purchase the ticket N. Please, report to the Point od Priority Service, where you'll be granted the right to use platforms located near all stages.
Persons whose health condition requires serving special medicines, can bring the medicines necessary for them, medical accessories to serve the medicines, food and drinks, however it is required to present a medical certifivate about the necessity of having the medicines with you. Please store the necessary food and drinks in ways compliant with the safety rules contained in Terms and Conditions of Orange Warsaw Festival (drinks in cans are forbidden as well as glass bottles and vacuum flasks). Persons with diabetes are encouraged to bringing sachets with fluid glucose available in every pharmacy.
